Staff changes are inevitable, so we make it easy for you to keep the user list on your Neptune Radio account current. 

Making sure the list of users on your account is current will help you avoid last-minute requests to add staff that need to be able to access your ***Neptune Radio*** station(s). As a reminder, please allow 1 business day for us to process your request for adding or removing users.
