# Changes Coming To Our Partner Success Team

Thanks to loyal partners like you, ***CMC Neptune*** continues to experience strong growth. And with that growth comes the need to insure each and every one of our partners gets the personal service you value. Consequently, we are growing our Partner Support Team, which could mean a change to your dedicated Partner Success Manager. 

Beginning in August, [Natalie Blalock](mailto:natalie@neptunenow.com) will be promoted to a full-time Partner Success Manager and will be assigned to a dedicated set of partners. That means some of you will now have Natalie as your Partner Success Manager instead of Diana, Morris, or Rashunda. All partners with a new dedicated Partner Success Manager will be notified directly by us.

Until then, please continue to contact your current PSM, as usual.
